GOMEZ ZARDOYA’S heather honey is brown with clear reddish tones. Its flavor is sweet with sweet and sour endnotes. It has an intense aroma of the heather flower. Heather honey is completely natural, not subjected to any treatment of pasteurization or micro filtration. For this reason it retains its natural composition and properties it stays liquid for a short time crystallizing a few weeks after packaging.
